Privacy
Amoris Collection brings together several intimate apps for adults. This page describes the shared data-protection framework; each app then details what is specific to it.

Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to: (1) operate the website and apps (legitimate interest / performance of the service); (2) ensure security and availability (legitimate interest); (3) measure usage in aggregated or anonymous form when needed (legitimate interest); (4) answer contact requests (legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps); (5) where applicable, notify you of launch via a waitlist (consent). Data is not sold.

Recipients and hosting
Processing is hosted in France with OVH (infrastructure). Depending on the app, services related to Android distribution, notifications or in-app purchases (Google Play ecosystem) may be used. No third-party advertising is embedded on these pages.
Retention periods
Website and contact: for as long as needed to handle the request, then limited archiving if legally required. Waitlist (if set up): until the public launch of the relevant apps, then deletion. Anonymous or aggregated app statistics (where they exist): generally 30 days. Precise per-data durations are in each app’s policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent. To exercise them: contact@amoris-game.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French supervisory authority).
